We would like to inform you that Bank of China (Brazil) is making adjustments to its branch network in order to better serve you.


As a result, the Aldeota branch is being integrated into the Brasília branch.


The transition of customers, services, and financial transactions is being carried out in a careful and planned manner.

  • Branch and account numbers
  • The balance in the old account will be automatically transferred to the new account. You can check balances, limits, products, and services in the new account via Internet banking
  • Investment balances will be automatically transferred to the new account
  • Statements and receipts from the old account will only be available at the branch
  • Payments, transfers, and other transactions that you have scheduled for future dates in the old account must be transferred to the new account
  • User code and password for accessing Internet Banking.
  • Security device (Token)
  • Access to customer service channels
  • Products and services already purchased


We emphasize that this change does not affect products and services already contracted.
