In order to improve the browsing experience and raise digital security standards, we would like to inform you that our E-Banking system will be updated.
Starting April 6, the platform will be renamed as NetBank. This transition will bring improvements to the interface and new access guidelines, as detailed below:
• Access Reset: To ensure the integrity of your data, all current passwords will be reset.
• Two-Factor Authentication: Google Authenticator configuration will be mandatory to ensure an extra layer of protection for your transactions.
• New Credentials: Login will now be done exclusively via CPF and Password, replacing the old User Code.
